Flesh Flies – with Daniel Whitmore, Charles Griffiths and Nigel Jones

Join us to learn about the natural history, diversity and distribution of British Flesh Flies (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) and how to identify them, with Daniel Whitmore, Charles Griffiths and Nigel Jones. Daniel is Diptera Curator at the State Museum of Natural History in Stuttgart (Germany) and lead author of the recently published ‘Key to adult flesh flies (Diptera: Sarcophagidae) of the British Isles’. He recently teamed up with Charles and Nigel to launch a national Recording Scheme for this family of flies.

The presentation will be followed by an interactive question and answer session.
