Book Loans

To assist local recorders with their identifications and development, the Tanyptera Project have a number books/guides available for borrowing for up to 6 months (max. 3 items per person at any time).

Borrowers should be:

·         Resident in Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside or Greater Manchester

·         Already attending events organised by the Tanyptera Project

·         Able to collect books in person at World Museum or a Tanyptera Project event elsewhere in the region.

We’d also like to highlight that many entomology related titles can be borrowed via inter-library loans and via the British Library on demand service. More details on the British Library website. Prices start at £5.85 for standard electronic delivery of a born digital copy (2019/20).
