Rivacre Valley is a 395 acre urban Local Nature Reserve situated on the edge of the industrial town of Ellesmere Port. The site is a mixture of ancient woodland and wildflower meadows with the Rivacre brook, streams and ditches meandering through the park.

Hoplolabis vicina (Limoniidae), P. Brighton
- A small yellowish cranefly
- Most of the Cheshire records come from the 2007 Buglife Survey of the rivers Bollin and Dane, this is a new location for the species
Tricogena rubricosa (Rhinophoridae), P. Brighton
- The only other Cheshire records are from Crown Quarry
